Reviews and Ratings
My stay was in a unique room spread over two floors, with the bed and TV upstairs and the shower and WC downstairs, though a bit tricky to navigate at night due to the steep staircase. The hotel is on the expensive side and felt very basic, ranking as one of the worst places I've stayed at recently.
Staying at this hotel was truly a unique experience. The rooms, with their funky cement design incorporating the original arch structure, were quite beautiful. However, we found the price a bit high for what was offered. The service was outstanding, with friendly staff eager to assist and make our stay enjoyable. The location was excellent, with easy access to the city center and surrounded by good restaurants. The dining experience, set in a charming part of the hotel among the chapel arches, offered a wide range of options, although breakfast was a bit pricey. Overall, a memorable stay with some room for improvement.
The hotel is well designed and very clean with a stylish ambiance, but the rooms are a little dark and dull and located one floor up. The service was nice overall, with welcoming and friendly staff; although they chose to seat people very close together, leaving large empty areas. The location is excellent, close to all the sights and ideal for exploring the city, set in an old converted chapel where you can enjoy a drink among gothic arches. The dining experience was amazing with fresh and plentiful options, including the best bread and condiments, and the facilities were really lovely with little touches like being able to squeeze fresh orange juice.
