My stay was in a unique room spread over two floors, with the bed and TV upstairs and the shower and WC downstairs, though a bit tricky to navigate at night due to the steep staircase. The hotel is on the expensive side and felt very basic, ranking as one of the worst places I've stayed at recently.

Rooms

The room setup was interesting with the two-floor design, but it made visiting the toilet at night a bit challenging. The pricing was high for the basic amenities provided.

The service here was excellent, especially towards our dog, and the staff were attentive and helpful, providing great advice about parking. They were polite and knowledgeable throughout the stay.

The hotel's location was ideal, being very central yet located on a quiet side road. It was a pleasant surprise discovering Poitiers, and I highly recommend staying here due to its proximity to good restaurants and pedestrian areas.
Dining

The dining experience was enjoyable overall with delicious food options, though a bit pricey. Our evening meal was simple but tasty, even if one dish was undercooked.
Facilities
The hotel boasts good facilities, offering convenient services like room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping. However, the pricing may not align with the overall basic feel of the place.

Staying at this hotel was truly a unique experience. The rooms, with their funky cement design incorporating the original arch structure, were quite beautiful. However, we found the price a bit high for what was offered. The service was outstanding, with friendly staff eager to assist and make our stay enjoyable. The location was excellent, with easy access to the city center and surrounded by good restaurants. The dining experience, set in a charming part of the hotel among the chapel arches, offered a wide range of options, although breakfast was a bit pricey. Overall, a memorable stay with some room for improvement.

The hotel is well designed and very clean with a stylish ambiance, but the rooms are a little dark and dull and located one floor up. The service was nice overall, with welcoming and friendly staff; although they chose to seat people very close together, leaving large empty areas. The location is excellent, close to all the sights and ideal for exploring the city, set in an old converted chapel where you can enjoy a drink among gothic arches. The dining experience was amazing with fresh and plentiful options, including the best bread and condiments, and the facilities were really lovely with little touches like being able to squeeze fresh orange juice.
